Delete your MyRepair Portal account
You can request deletion of your MyRepair Portal account at any time. Deleting your account closes your app and web portal access with the credit repair company you work with. This page explains how to do it and what happens next.
Delete your account in the app
The fastest way is directly inside the MyRepair Portal app:
- 1Open the MyRepair Portal app and sign in.
- 2Tap More in the bottom navigation bar.
- 3Scroll to the Account section and tap Delete account.
- 4Read the summary, tap Continue, then type DELETE to confirm.
- 5Tap Permanently delete my account. Your access is revoked immediately and you are signed out.
No longer have access to the app?
If you can't sign in or have already removed the app, you can still request deletion two ways:
- Email your credit repair company directly. They administer your account and can process the request for you. Use the email address they use to contact you about your file.
- Email the platform support team. Write to help@disputepro.net from the email address on your account, with the subject "Account deletion request". Include the email address used to sign in so we can locate the correct account and route the request to your credit repair company.
What is deleted, and what is kept
Removed immediately
- Your app and web portal access is revoked right away.
- Your login credentials are deleted, along with any unused activation links. The same login stops working on the website as well — it is one account.
- Every device registered to your account is removed, so push notifications stop.
- Your scores, disputes, documents, and message history are no longer viewable in the app or portal.
What may be retained, and why
Your credit repair company must keep records of the services it performed on your file. The federal Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and related consumer protection laws require credit repair organizations to retain signed agreements, disclosures, and service records for a set period, so those records cannot be erased on request.
Retained records are held by your credit repair company for compliance purposes only. They are no longer accessible through the app or the portal after your account is deleted.
How long it takes
- Immediately. A deletion request submitted in the app takes effect the moment you confirm it — access and credentials are revoked at that point.
- Within a few business days. Requests sent by email are processed once your credit repair company verifies the account.
- Retained records. Service records are kept only for as long as the law requires, then disposed of under your company's retention policy.
Closing your portal account does not cancel your service agreement or stop work already in progress. If you are in an active dispute round, contact your credit repair company first.
