Terms of Service

Last updated: May 22, 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using DisputePro AI ("Service"), operated by DisputePro AI LLC ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DisputePro AI is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides credit repair business owners with tools for managing clients, generating dispute letters, tracking credit scores, processing payments, and automating workflows. The Service is designed for licensed credit repair organizations operating in compliance with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA) and applicable state laws.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement. By using the Service, you represent that you are a legitimate credit repair business or authorized representative operating in compliance with all applicable federal and state regulations, including the CROA, Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), and Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Subscription Plans & Billing

The Service offers tiered subscription plans (Starter, Growth, Pro, Enterprise) billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method.

  • Subscriptions are billed through our payment processor, LemonSqueezy, which acts as our merchant of record.
  • All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated.
  • You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal.
  • Subscription changes take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
  • We may offer free trials. At the end of a trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled.

6. Client Payment Processing

If you use the Authorize.net integration to process payments from your clients, you are solely responsible for compliance with payment card industry (PCI) standards, applicable payment regulations, and your merchant account terms. DisputePro AI does not store credit card numbers — all payment data is tokenized through Authorize.net's Customer Information Manager (CIM).

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of CROA, FCRA, or FDCPA
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent dispute letters
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the source code of the Service
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm any person
  • Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Service infrastructure

8. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to assist with dispute letter generation, credit analysis, and recommendations. AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or legal sufficiency of AI-generated output. You are solely responsible for all letters and communications sent on behalf of your clients.

9. Data Ownership & Privacy

You retain ownership of all client data you upload to the Service. We process your data solely to provide the Service as described in our Privacy Policy. We implement industry-standard encryption (AES-256-GCM) for sensitive data including Social Security numbers and payment credentials.

10. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by DisputePro AI LLC. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business purposes during the subscription term.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DisputePro AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice. The Service is a tool for credit repair business operations and does not substitute for professional legal counsel.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may export your data within 30 days of termination by contacting support.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association rules.
